fds is proud to announce that it has successfully advised on the business disposal of Statement, a leading Shopify Plus eCommerce agency, to IDHL Group, one of the UK’s largest full-service digital agencies.
This transaction was headed by fds’ CEO Poonam Kaur, who worked alongside Paul Trudgill, Corporate Partner at Knights.
Statement was behind Philips Automotive’s first global online store back in 2000 and has since helped leading organisations build and develop successful online businesses not only in Yorkshire, but across the UK and worldwide.
