The Novi Awards theme for this year is “Breaking Barriers”, which brings together women from all fields, organisations, industries and backgrounds to identify and recognise the impact they have made in breaking barriers within their industries.
Jo Haigh, Founder and Chairman of fds, has been shortlisted for the Women on Boards award. This award recognises and celebrates women on boards to inspire the next generation of women aspiring to board roles.
Poonam Kaur, CEO of fds, has been shortlisted for the Emerging Leader of the Year award. Individuals in this category must demonstrate personal and business progression and show leadership potential.
The Novi live judging day will take place on Thursday 5th October 2023.
