The Role of the Company Director Course Outcomes
The course outcomes for the half-day are:
- Understand the role of a company director within a business.
- Learn the seven responsibilities of directorship per the Companies Act 2006.
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of different directors.
- Review and gain a better understanding of Reserved Powers.
Or if you are interested in the full-day course, this will include the outcomes mentioned above plus three additional outcomes:
