fds is an award-winning, employee-owned corporate finance boutique providing services to owner-managed businesses and supporting them on their business journey from the early stages through to a successful exit.

Established in 1989 by founder and chairman Jo Haigh, fds is now celebrating 36 years of business.

fds was established to provide corporate finance services to owner-managed SME businesses and director-level training. Over the years, fds has developed and expanded its service offering to support every aspect of a business owner’s journey.

fds’s services include buying and selling businesses, company valuations, assisting with the creation of business plans, sourcing funding, reviewing shareholder agreements and assisting with disputes and providing non-executive director support, to name a few.

As a business consultancy with specialist corporate finance expertise, we can assure you that your project will be managed effectively and positioned in the best possible way, all supported by our in-house expertise and industry know-how. We always endeavour to provide the best possible service to help our clients achieve their most desired outcomes.
