fds advised on the sale of Statement, a leading Shopify Plus eCommerce agency to IDHL Group, one of the UK’s largest full-service digital agencies.

This transaction was headed by fds’s Managing Director Poonam Kaur who worked alongside Paul Trudgill, Corporate Partner at Keebles.

Statement was behind Philips Automotive’s first global online store back in 2000 and has since helped leading organisations build and develop successful online businesses not only in Yorkshire, but across the UK and worldwide.
