fds and the team have been nominated for a total of three 2023 Northern Power Women Awards.

fds has been nominated for the Small Organisation (1-249 employees) Award – This will be awarded to the organisation which works to positively build an inclusive culture for all as a key component of its growth strategy.

Jo Haigh has been nominated for Power List – This award recognises the trailblazers who challenge the norm and ensure that everyone they work with recognises the benefit of having a gender-balanced and inclusive workplace.

And Poonam Kaur has been nominated for Levelling Up Leader - This new category recognises individuals at any stage of their career playing their part in the Levelling Up Agenda to accelerate gender equality and wider inclusivity.

The Northern Power Women Awards provides a spotlight on the superstars who work tirelessly to create a fairer and more equal community.
