Poonam Kaur has been included in Northern Power Women's 2024 Power List, which recognises the powerful individuals challenging the norm and shifting the dial towards a more gender-equal world.

Poonam joins a list of just 30 individuals who were chosen by a panel of judges from more than 1400 nominations.

Northern Power Women's Power List marks the incredible contributions of women raising the bar for gender equality at work. The recipients of the accolade, who live and work across the North, will be honoured at the Northern Power Women Awards 2024, which is taking place on Monday 18th March, at Manchester Central Convention Complex.
