We are pleased to share that Poonam Kaur has been shortlisted for Transformational Leader of the Year in the Novi Awards.

Formerly Forward Ladies, the Novi Awards aims to create a space where women thrive. Every year, it celebrates and recognises inspirational female leaders and male agents of change through its awards program.

The Transformational Leader of the Year Award is for women who are working in a leadership role with 15+ years of experience of leadership and evidence that they have driven the business forward with exceptional results.

Winners will be announced at The Londoner Hotel, Leicester Square, on Friday 22nd November.
