Dream Days

Using a series of pre-event questionnaires, we utilise creative thinking techniques to drive you beyond your imagination, to create a whole new way on how to find out just what you can achieve in your organisation.

The process involves unstructured brain storming processes and more structured lateral thinking techniques.

The dream day is a workshop, not a talk, these are just some of the magic formulas that we use:

• The 20-minute attention span
• The rule of three: each section we explore is broken into three parts
• Random groups; the more diverse the group, the better the outcome
• High energy levels
• No fear of failure
• Curiosity rules
• Collaboration

The process starts well before the day by setting some big hairy goals, but could involve the use of processes such as:

• Role play your competitor
• A day in the life of
• How to be a business disrupter (think Uber, Airbnb, Deliveroo, HelloFresh etc.)
• Think long-term 5 to 25 years’ horizon scanning
• And many, many more

The results:

• A new energised team
• A shed load of fabulous ideas

• A goal to be different from the rest and how to maintain that differential
